DRTS Research Group Collaboration

We collaborate with other research institutes and industry. We have a multidisciplinary interaction with several other areas, such as active databases, software engineering, manufacturing planning and control, computer engineering, and telecommunications.

The Distributed Real-Time Systems Group is interacting with industry to ensure that the research has relevance to the industry and that transfer and use of ideas and results are achieved. Many products are based on real-time systems, which often are distributed for natural reasons. Examples are airplanes, air traffic control, automatic carrier systems, process control, power distribution, telecommunications, bank teller machines, and point-of-sale terminal systems.
