Prerequisites
To be eligible for the programme a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognition Science, Informatics, or the equivalent, is required.
A further requirement is a pass in Upper Secondary School English B or the equivalent. For non-Nordic applicants, Upper Secondary School English B, is equal to 6.0 marks in the IELTS-test and 213/550 in the TOEFL test. Special rules apply for some countries and degrees that are taught in English. For further studies within the programme, the admission requirements for each course must be complied with. These admission requirements are specified in each course plan, respectively.
Even though knowledge in programming is not a formal requirement, students without any knowledge of programming are encouraged to familiarize themselves with basic programming concepts. Some of the courses are using Matlab and even though introductory sessions on how to program in Matlab will be provided, it might be worth while to familiarize yourself with the very basics of Matlab as well.
Previous Credits
Results from previous studies or activities could be assessed and accredited for within the scope of the education the degree is directed towards. This assessment should be applied for in writing.
