And you wish to study in Sweden or get a job in the line of your profession? ”Korta vägen” – the Short Way – is a intensive course on the University of Skövde, designed to make it easier for foreign graduates to become a part of the Swedish labour market, to get internships and in the end get a job that corresponds with their education and/or profession.
The programme was also erected to strengthen the competition on the labour market.

The course started in the year 2006 and the aim was to pick up all the education, knowledge and experience that a lot of people with foreign background arriving in Sweden possesses.
It all comes down to give the students on the programme the opportunities to find work in their own fields. Or prepare them for university studies that will help them complete their foreign exam according to the standards that the Swedish labour market and the Swedish employers demand.
