The library is the University's central resource for current academic information and scientific literature of high quality. The holdings include ca 100 000 print volumes and ca 8 000 journal subscriptions, 7 000 of them electronic journals.
The collections are focused on the University's main areas of competence, i.e. Engineering Science, Computer Science and Cognitive Science, Natural Sciences, Health Sciences, Economics, Languages and Behavioural Science.
With its own collections as a base and with the opportunities of the modern information technology as a complement, the library is well prepared to meet the information needs of the university's students, faculty and other staff.
