As a student in Skövde you have to register your thesis in DiVA, the e-publishing system used by the University of Skövde.
You register your thesis by completing a form on the web where you also enclose your thesis in full text. The file you enclose must be the final and approved version of your thesis. The full text file must be in PDF format.
You log in using your university account.
You can convert your Word documents to PDF at the library. The programme PDF Creator is installed in the computers in the library. Most student computers on campus have either PDF Creator or Acrobat Pro installed.

After registering and uploading your thesis, it will be checked by a librarian and the examiner. In some cases, the essay will be published by the course coordinator. It may be a while before your thesis is visible and searchable in the DiVA public interface. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the DiVA managers, see the top right corner for information.
You should make sure that you have permissions to publish any pictures or diagrams that you may have reused in your paper.
If, for copyright reasons, you cannot publish your thesis in full text, you still have to register its bibliotgraphical information in the database but without uploading the full text file.
By uploading your file on the web you accept the agreement for electronic publishing with the University of Skövde.
