The student registers his/her thesis in the DiVA system, but he/she cannot publish it online. To approve and publish the student theses in DiVA, it is necessary that the examiners become administrators of the system.
To become an administrator, or if you have questions, please contact the DiVA-staff (right menu).
How to publish a student thesis:
1. Log in to DiVA (link in right menu), using your university account (the PERS system).
2. Select Publish.
3. Click on the thesis you want to publish.
4. Check that the information is correct and that the PDF-file is uploaded (this is done in three steps).
5. After clicking on Continue for the third time, the thesis has been published. It is now freely available in DiVA
