Registration instructions

First consider the current date. If it is October 6th or earlier your registration is  "early" otherwise "late". Note that authors should register September 21th the latest. The registration fees are given in Swedish currency (SEK). Check the bottom of this page for approximate fees in USD.

The prices depend on whether you are an IEEE member or not. Regular IEEE or IEEE Computer Society member as well as Student members of the Computer Society and the IEEE will get the lower registration rates. If you wish to become an IEEE member, proceed to the IEEE registration site (will open in a new window). If you claim IEEE membership, make sure to enter your IEEE membership number (one of them) in the registration page.

Once you have selected your registration option, finish by indicating which lunches and evening activities you intend to take part in (note that the industrial option does not include dinners). You may also wish to indicate any allergies or preferences (for instance Kosher). Industrial participants with one or two-day passes pay an additional fee for the evening activities they wish to participate in (Ice breaker: SEK 150, Reception: SEK 250, Dinner: SEK 400).

If you have problems with your registration please send an email to swift2009@lists.his.se.
