Each speaker is offered 15-20 minutes for presenting their abstract and at least another 10 minutes for questions from the audience. Presenting authors should preferably send electronic presentations (in pdf or powerpoint formats) to swift2009@lists.his.se with subject
[SWIFT2009 PRESENTATION] <FIRST AUTHOR NAME>
no later than the day before their session. On the day of the session, presentations can be uploaded (from USB memory stick) to the presentation room computer 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
Speakers (or authors) may also bring posters to the workshop.
