Guidelines on how to list your paper

If your paper is published, you should also make sure it is listed here (to ensure "incitament"):

Authors (year). Title, Full reference information to proceedings/journal, pp xxx-yyy.

[Note: Place and date of conference are not really necessary at this stage]

If your paper is accepted but not yet published, it is usually listed here:

Authors (year). Title, "Accepted for presentation at" <conference>, <place>, <dates>

If your paper is submitted and not yet accepted, you might put this only on your CV:

Authors (year). Title, "Submitted for publication" (year) [normally, the target is not mentioned]
