The area for this project is less specified at this point. The initial idea is to use data mining techniques and adopt a data driven approach and use the extensive amount of data gathered from individual purchases for identifying purchase patterns for typical groups, or sales patterns for individual products.
The problem is very general and can also be identified in situations like analysis of data from a training simulation session. In this situation it is desirable to identify a subject’s behaviour and compare this to some desirable behaviour.
