The distribution of entry cards, are beeing handled by "Repro center"/ the University shop/Technical service in house A, ground floor.
- The entry card is personal. No card or code are allowed to be transferred/handed out to someone else. Every entrance to the University and its rooms is registered in a log.
- The person with an entry card is responsible that no unqualified person have access to the University premises.
- Lost entry card has to, without any delay, be reported to "Repro center"/ the University shop/Technical service, so that the card can be blocked.
- If the above mentioned rules are not not being followed, the entry card will be blocked by decision of the responsible manager.
Students can have a personal adjustable entry card, by paying a deposit of 100 SEK. The application for such a card has to be done on a special form via Studentportalen.
