Verifiable electronic certificates

You can create your own verifiable electronic certificates in Studentportalen. Login and go to the tab My studies, and choose Certificate.

Certificate of registration

This certificate shows the courses you are/have been registered for here at the University of Skövde. The information is taken directly from the University's database system used for documenting academic information.

Transcript

The transcript is a document that shows all of your passed courses/grades at the University of Skövde.  On the transcript you will find your name, personal ID, course name, credits, grade and date of completion. The information is taken directly from the University's database system used for documenting academic information.

Note! Courses that you have failed are not shown on the transcript.

The ordered transcript/certificate is sent from the University within five working days.

For universities & institutions:
If you wish to order an official transcript of your student/ students' results, please write all the students' names and their Universtiy of Skövde personal ID number.
* ECTS grades are available for courses offered in English fall/autumn 2008 and after.

Verification of transcript

Students at the University of Skövde can acquire electronic transcripts from the University’s Student portal. An electronic transcript is not signed but its authenticity can be verified by the control number found at the bottom of the transcript.
