The distribution of entry card, will be handled in house A, (ground floor), at "Repro center"/ the University shop/Technical service
- The entry card is personal. No card or code are allowed to be transfered/handed out to someone else. Every entrence to the University and its rooms will be registered.
- The person with a entry card is responsible of that no unqualified person will come into the University.
- Lost entry card has to, without any delay, be reported to "Repro center"/ the University shop/Technical service, so the card can be blocked.
- When the directions not being followed, the entry card will be blocked according to decision from the responsible manager.
Students can have a personal adjustable entry card, by paying a deposit of 100 SEK. Apply for a entry card must be made on a special form through Studentportalen.
