Marked examinations are handed back to students at the Student Affairs Office (Studentservice) located in building E, 2nd floor. You can collect your marked examination aproximately 1-2 days after the result has been published at the Studentportalen.
Training samples of old questionnaires are provided by the teacher only.
Cover sheets for unsupervised examinations
All unsupervised examinations must have a complete cover sheet containing all the necessary informaion. The cover sheet can be obtained as follows:
- The teacher attaches the cover sheet to the unsupervised examination sheet when distributing it to the student (recommended)
- Print the cover sheet using the link above.
- Pick up a paper version of the cover sheet from outside the Student Affairs Office.
If you do not use a folded cover sheet (A3-format) the cover shall be placed at the front of the examination and stapled. Paper clips are not to be used.
Collect your marked examination
In order to collect your marked examination, you need a photo identity card for identification. We assist only one student at a time.
If you cannot collect the examination yourself, you may complete a power of attorney. It is important that you specify which examination is covered by the power of attorney, along with the name and personal number of both the person who has written the power of attorney and the person who has been granted it.
