This course includes different aspects of human decision-making and different types of decision support systems. Since the course has a user-centred perspective, the relation between the decision-maker, the decision support system, and its use is given extra attention.

Course assessment
The course assessment consists of three parts:
- A home examination
- An assignment
- Seminar assignments
The student has to be graded Pass (G) in all three in order to be graded pass on the course. In order to be graded Pass with Distinction (VG) on the course, you have to be graded Pass with Distinction on the home examination and the assignment.
