1. Studier av vitamin D systemets reglering av tarmens kalciumtransport, med målsättning att karakterisera de aktiva vitamin D metabioliternas (1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 och 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3) signalvägar och verkningsmekanismer i tarmens kalciumtransporterande celler.

Studies on the function of the vitamin D endocrine system in regulating intestinal calcium transport, with the emphasis to characterize the signal transduction pathways and the underlying mechanisms for two vitamin D metabolites, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 och 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3.
