I detta projekt studeras sambandet mellan ledarskap och innovation genom att undersöka ledar-medarbetarrelationer inom produktutvecklingsverksamhet. Arbete pågår även att mäta och beskriva skandinaviska ledarskapspraktiker. Projektet är finansierat av Vinnova under perioden 2009-2012. AB Volvo och Netsurvey AB är samarbetspartners i projektet.
