You are entitled to receive your results 18 workdays after your written examination (at least two weeks and two days before a re-exam). Take-home exams will be graded after the due by-dates.
A notification about result will be sent automatically to your student e-mail through the Studentportalen. If, for some reason, the teacher is not able to assess the exams within prescribed time, information about extended marking/assessment time should be available on the course site.
You can collect your marked examination at the Student Affairs Office at least two workdays after the results have been published on Studentportalen.
You need to bring your photo ID (passport or national ID card). If you are unable to collect your examination, you may complete a power of attorney.
Marked examinations not picked up after two years, will be destroyed.
Results for a course can usually not be changed after a Degree Certificate has been issued.
NB! If you believe the assessment of your examination is in error, do not pick up your original examination. Instead, ask for a copy and then apply for a re-evaluation of the exam questions you believe have not been correctly assessed.
Once an examination has been assessed and results posted, the written examination is a matter of public record. This means that other people can ask for a copy of your exam. If you do not want others to be able to collect copies of your exam, collect your exam as soon as possible since it ceased to be public record when you have collected your original exam.
