The main tasks for the Vice-Chancellor's quality council
The Vice-Chancellor's quality council has the following main tasks:
- raise and highlight issues of strategic and principled importance for quality and quality work in the University's operations,
- monitor the quality system and, if necessary, propose development measures,
- prepare the Vice-Chancellor's reports to the board regarding the quality work,
- contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience regarding quality work between the different parts of the University,
- coordinate externally initiated evaluations and other university-wide quality development projects;
act as a reference body in the area as well - follow national and international developments in the field
Composition of the quality council
The composition of the quality council reflects the University's organization. The representatives in the council are responsible for ensuring that issues dealt with in the council are closely linked and anchored with the Senior University Officers, the Faculty Board, the Schools, the Support Services and the Student Union. The following people are included in the Vice-Chansellor's quality council:
