This course provides the students with advanced theoretical knowledge as well practical experience in NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library preparation and quality control. The course consists of two sub-courses. In the first one, the students obtain theoretical knowledge in NGS whereas in the second on this theoretical knowledge is converted in to practical experience in quality control of experimental materials for the construction of a NGS library.
