      Admission Requirements

      Prerequisite courses for this course are: Passed courses: IP324G-CAD II: Modeling and Documentation G1F (or the equivalent).

      Language

      The courses are conducted in English.

      A big CAD project often consists of lots of components that need to fit together and are all affected by lots of different parameters.

      In this course the student will work in a project where various parameters and conditions control the design. A so called skeleton model will be used to create references for multiple components of the design, and by changing the skeleton model it will be possible to change all affected components.

      The course also covers tools to work with basic free form modeling to implement a design idea in a CAD model.
