SciFree - publish open access
Here you can search for individual journals, to check if they are included in an open access financing agreement between the University and a publisher.
You search for journal titles, and you can see if the publication fee is paid for by hovering over the "Who pays" icon. Worth noting is that the collections are updated regularly, you may need to come back and check more than once.
