On November 7th Actea Consulting AB hosted an “IPSI site visit” in Gothenburg. Doctoral students and “AFSI” staff members from University of Skövde took part of an inspirational day together with representatives from Actea.
First on the day schedule was a presentation in Research Communication with Jill Elmshorn. Jill who is working at University of Skövde as a strategic research advisor talked about the value of research communication and what help the University can offer our researchers.
We also learned about Innovation management from Mats Rydehäll. Mats has been studying and are working with Innovation strategies and Innovation management at Chalmers. Today he is the leader for “Research development and external relations” at university in Skövde. Mats is involving in several networks due to this topics.
The IPSI site visit ended with a presentation of Actea Consulting with Johan Liljenberg. Actea is a consulting company selling services within organization development. Actea works with public organisations, municipalities and private companies. For Actea, the graduate school and the activities within IPSI have contributed to increased internal focus on IT in order to generate secure and accessible solutions for our employees.
