      Admission Requirements

      A Bachelor's degree equivalent to a Swedish kandidatexamen of 180 credits (or the equivalent). A further requirement is proof of skills in English equivalent of studies at upper secondary level in Sweden, known as the Swedish course English course 6. This is normally demonstrated by means of an internationally recognized test, e g IELTS, TOEFL or the equivalent

      Vast amounts of data are accumulated in many organizations. Extracting useful information from the data is a challenging task, not only due to the large amounts, but also due to dimensionality, heterogeneity and complexity of data. Data mining is an integral part of knowledge discovery and is a powerful tool for discovering relationships and patterns in data. This course will give you theoretical knowledge about data mining, as well as practical experience in applying data mining algorithms.
