      Degree Seeking Student

The University of Skövde offers a wide range of postgraduate studies and international master’s programmes taught in English. All applications for our programmes at master’s and bachelor’s levels (apart from exchange students from partner universities) must be submitted via the Swedish University Admissions website, universityadmissions.se

Visit the Swedish University Admissions website to:

      • Search and apply for courses and programmes.
      • Find key dates, deadlines and important information about which documents are required.
      • Pay your application fees or provide documentation of exemption from fees if appropriate.
      • Applications are submitted electronically, so you can easily keep track of your application, receive notifications and confirm that all supporting documents have been uploaded.

When applying for courses and programmes via Swedish University Admissions, you will need to submit proof of your previous studies as well as documentation of your English-language skills. Read the following instructions about the required documentation: Documenting your eligibility for studies at universityadmission.se.

      Requirements – master's programmes

The University of Skövde offers both one- and two-year master’s programmes. They are designed for – and open to – applications from students with a bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent academic background) in a relevant field. However, we also consider applications from students currently completing their final semester who do not yet hold a full bachelor’s degree, provided that the full bachelor’s degree certificate is shown on arrival (a requirement for successful registration). The requirements can be found on the relevant programme pages.

      Requirements – bachelor's programmes

The university also offers bachelor's programmes in bioscience. For details of requirements, please visit the programme pages:
