This course will allow the student to carry out a product development project, but most of all argue and assess the influence of different methods and approaches.

The project requires that many different factors are considered - technical as well as aesthetical and environmental. Participants will do literature surveys and choose their approach. Groups will regularly present their strategies, methods and results to each other to analyse and discuss differences in results and implementation.

Finally, short presentations and oppositions are held. The focus will be on critical review of the process and reflection on how methods may have influenced the outcome.
