About the library
The University Library is responsible for providing information resources for the University’s teaching and research.
The library provides support on issues relating to scholarly publication, open science, bibliometrics and making research data available. The library and the Study Support Centre offer guidance and instruction in connection with information searches, academic writing, referencing and evaluating sources.
The library is a study environment for students, but is also an open place for meetings between the University and the rest of society.
The University Library is organised into four units. The four units are:
- Team Customer Services
- Team Learning Support
- Team Media and Systems
- Team Research Support and Study Support Centre
Operations are led by Acting Library Director Anna-Lena Göthberg.
