LibKey Nomad as a browser extension is available for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, Vivaldi and Safari. LibKey Nomad can be particularly useful if you search in PubMed or when you are outside the University's network. Journal websites can then immediately notify you if an article is available in full text.
Download and use LibKey Nomad
- Visit the Third Iron website. At 'Choose your browser below to get started now', select the browser you use.
- Choose to download/install LibKey Nomad.
- Open the browser extension and select 'University of Skövde' in the list of organisations.
- Repeat the steps for each browser and computer you use.
You will now see a link when you are on web pages such as PubMed, Wikipedia or other sites where a doi number is available. If the link says Download PDF or something similar, you can click to access full text.
