At O’Reilly, students and staff at the University of Skövde have access to thousands of e-books, videos and courses in subjects related to data and IT.
The O'Reilly platform
The O'Reilly platform contains reference and instructional material in areas such as design, hardware, IT security, programming, software development, system management, web and mobile.
E-books, videos and courses can be searched based on free text, but it is also possible to filter based on subject area. There are also many subject specific playlists with e-books and other material available for use, and it is possible to create your own lists.

You will find a link to O’Reilly in the database list. Login is required both within and outside the University’s network.
O’Reilly app – offline reading
E-books from O’Reilly can be read offline by downloading the O’Reilly app. Search for O’Reilly from O’Reilly Media Inc in App Store or Google Play. On a computer, the material is only available for online reading via O’Reilly’s platform. Any playlists and other customisations are synchronised between different devices.
