      Sand and Water at the Library

      Student Mozhdeh Bagheri is exhibiting her photographs at the library.

      In the exhibition "A Symphony of Sand," Mozhdeh Bagheri showcases photographs of water in all its forms. She is an artist and currently a bioinformatics student at the University of Skövde. Born in 1980 and raised in Iran, she earned a Ph.D. in Japan and migrated to Sweden in 2021.

      Peace and Tranquility

      "My artistic philosophy is deeply rooted in the pursuit of peace and tranquility. I firmly believe that art possesses the power to reshape perspectives and provide solace amidst life's challenges," she explains. Her works focus on themes such as harmony, balance, and interconnectedness of all things.

      Mozhdeh Bagheri has previously collaborated with several Japanese artists, including in woodworking, and exhibited at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Art. In her artistry, she is interested in Persian, Japanese, and Swedish traditions.
