On this page you can find information about the Introduction Programme for international students at the University of Skövde. The following information is preliminary and may change.
The Introduction Programme for international students begins several days before the semester starts. This spring, the introduction programme starts Monday 21 August, 2023.
During the introduction you will get to know the University, the student support that we offer, the Student Union and the city of Skövde. You will go through the registration procedure, residence permits, course schedules, computer access and much more.
Everything marked with an asterisk (*) is compulsory for all students, which means that you must attend. Everything marked with ^^ applies only for students attending the specific courses.
If you are a Swedish student or have been living in Sweden for a while, some sessions of this introduction may not apply to you. Please read the description of each session.
Please remember that the schedule may change so please keep updated with the information on this page.
Some of the sessions will be held several times. You will be informed which group you belong to via e-mail before the introduction starts.
