Do you want to be a better project manager and win immidiate applicable knowledge in the area. Then you shall study this course which provides you with the tools and understanding which makes you a better project manager. We will study basics in project management and introduce a generic project model. Further more are tools and methods applicable in companies and organisations taught cbined with exercises in project planning tools (free download). Team work is common in companies and organisations, hence is this practiced and examples provided through out the course.
Access to a Windows based PC is required for installation of the software.
