Admission Requirements
Admission to the course requires a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to a Swedish kandidatexamen of 180 credits. In addition, at least 50 credits in Systems biology at advanced level are required, including passed course BI731A Bioinformatics Analysis with R A1N 7.5 credits and passed course SY765A Systems Biology A1F 7.5 credits (or the equivalent).
An additional requirement is proof of skills in English equivalent of studies at upper secondary level in Sweden, known as the Swedish course English 6. This is normally demonstrated by means of an internationally recognized test, e.g. IELTS or TOEFL or the equivalent.

Master Degree Projects in Systems Biology provides the student with an opportunity to obtain practical experience in Systems Biology. The student is supposed to work individually and independently with a research projects within the academia or at a company in sweden or abroad.
