The University has implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA). You can complete MFA using a mobile app or your Univeristy computer.
Sign in with your University computer
When using your University computer, no one-time code is required. However, the experience may vary depending on the web browser. SITS recommends using the Microsoft Edge browser and avoiding private browsing mode, otherwise, a one-time code might be required.
Sign in with private devices
With private devices, such as your mobile phone or a private computer, MFA with one-time code with mobile app is required for access. Follow this guide to set up MFA with mobile app:

MAP is available externally again, without the need to connect to the VPN. However, from November 15, MFA is required once per day, and it is then possible to access MAP for the rest of the day without requiring MFA. You fulfil MFA using your University computer or with a one-time code with a mobile app.
