The INGENIUM European University is an ambitious Alliance that brings together 10 Universities from 10 EU Member States, supported by a large group of associate organisations, ranging from regional and local governments to industry and civil society groups.
INGENIUM is operating under the Erasmus+ programme to promote European values and strengthen European identity by bringing together a new generation of Europeans who can collaborate in different cultures, languages and across borders, sectors and academic disciplines. This aims to increase the quality, results, attractiveness and competitiveness of higher education institutions and their contribution to Europe's knowledge economy, employment, creativity, culture and welfare.
The project aims to lay the foundation and create conditions for a completely integrated European University with ten campuses distributed throughout the Union.
Among other things, INGENIUM will develop joint educations at different levels. It will make it easier for both students and employees to study and work at one of the other universities. The alliance will also become an international benchmark for sustainable development, innovation, critical thinking and high-quality research.
