Standardized Theses
Since 2013, the University of Skövde has implemented a standardized design for its theses, Licentiate Dissertation and Doctoral Dissertation. The thesis template follows the Vice-Chancellor’s decision (Ref. No. HS 2012/140-69) regarding content and graphic design (including size, colors, fonts, font sizes, and so on).
The Word templates for Licentiate Dissertation and Doctoral Dissertation are designed to be used by doctoral students in both of the University’s third-cycle study programs: Health in the Digital Society and Informatics.
Theses must be written in accordance with good academic practice and in line with the general syllabus for the subject. A thesis is normally written in English and should include a summary in both Swedish and English.
