The University of Skövde's research schools are run in collaboration with the industry and public sector. The collaboration strengthens the relationship between academia and the surrounding society, which positively affects research, education and partner activities.
In our research schools, we conduct postgraduate education in areas where there are scientific strengths and development opportunities for the industry and public sector. It enables the development of strong and complete research and training environments while at the same time giving participating partners access to their own research expertise in relevant areas.
