      Saab

The research directly contributes to Saab's technology and product development by creating a new method with unique properties for detecting anomalies in movement patterns, such as those of ships.

The results can be utilised in a motion detector, an automated tool aimed at assisting operators of surveillance systems. This is achieved by alerting them to interesting or abnormal situations in the situational overview, such as a ship deviating from its course because the captain on board has fallen asleep.
