The purpose of the project is to strengthen the interaction between girls with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD), from the age of six, and their guardians as well as grandparents. This is to be achieved through a specially developed computer game within the field of Serious Games, games that combine game mechanics and engagement with goals related to, for example, health and learning.
The objective is to create a shared platform for play, interaction and communication, which contributes to an increased understanding of the girls’ everyday lives, including both their strengths and the challenges they face.
The project also aims to develop support tailored to the girls’ needs, helping them to find strategies for managing difficult situations in preschool, school and other social contexts.
