      The project Kompetenskraft Skaraborg (Skills Development Initiative in Skaraborg) aims to address the need for strategic competence provision by promoting collaboration between small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry and students at the University of Skövde.

      By applying the Kompetenskraft Model (KM), the project will create new arenas and forms of collaboration where companies and students can grow together.

      The purpose is to strengthen companies’ capacity to attract and retain academic competence, thereby fostering sustainable development, growth, and innovation in the region.
