CLAS-seminar: The geographical context of sustainability - how territoriality steers the leadership efforts in sustainability

      Date 30 March
      Time 14:30 - 15:30
      Location Zoom

Sustainable territorial development is a highly discussed topic in the international debate and that is also one of the main focuses in this seminar.

Erik Lundgren, Anna D’Auria, Marco Tregua

Short supply chains, new farming and food production designs, innovative distribution systems shaping unconventional markets, and an innate feeling of closeness to the territory are the most relevant evidence of what makes food production in Sweden sustainable and – most likely – more sustainable than in other countries.

Sustainable territorial development is a highly discussed topic in the international debate and that is also one of the main focuses in this seminar.

We will be asking questions like

“What are the dynamics that can favor the keeping of sustainable local development as well as the wellbeing of local communities?” and “How does territoriality steer the leadership efforts in sustainability?”

Read more about Erik, Anna and Marco, and register for the seminar
