If you have a question to ask or a matter that needs to be dealt with by the Research Ethics Council, fill in the form below. If you want personal feedback, you need to enter your e-mail address. Please note that the Council does not investigate the identity of the complainant on its own initiative. However, the identity of the notifier may be investigated and disclosed on request.
Your report should include:
- the information you know about where the research was carried out and which researchers or research projects are suspected
- an account of your suspicion, how the deviation manifests itself and where it is found
- files with evidence supporting your suspicion, if you have them.
The form can also be used if you have questions or suggestions for the council.
