Rajna Knez is a specialist in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry, a subspecialist in social psychiatry, and a licensed psychotherapist. She holds a primary position at Operational Area 1 (Pediatrics, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Women's Health) at Skaraborg Hospital in Skövde, where she has overall responsibility for research, development, education, and innovation (FoUUI). She is also responsible for FoUUI at Operational Area 6 (Psychiatry).
In addition, she is an Associate Professor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in Health Sciences at the University of Skövde, and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg. She also holds a coordinating role as the regional study director for psychiatry residents, with an assignment as a medical advisor at "Knowledge Support for Mental Health." In this role, she is responsible for organizing and ensuring the quality of the training for psychiatry residents, which is conducted by the regional Metis office.
Rajna serves as the research group leader for Family-Centred Health (FamCeH) at the School of Health Sciences, University of Skövde.
